US Air Conditioning & Heating PJS NY installed new split system at my home in Port Jefsn Sta June 2009; nothing but problems. They installed damaged equipment and walked away never saying a word, left attic work space a mess, failed to install items as per contract, destroyed LIPA interface. Had to fight for months to correct problems. In the meanwhile I learned they substituted and installed off brand merchandise without our prior knowledge and consent. Had to resort to small claims suit, 6th District Patchogue 12/6/10, docket# BRSC 10 0000915. They were found guilty of breach of contract and ordered to make restitution within 30 days.
