5-17-18 - I just left this place and the owner was screaming at me. I asked for a refund for the wedding tablecloths they were supposed to iron, but looked the same as when I brought them in (wrinkled and creased). This establishment was rude, unprofessional, and did not provide the services promised. In addition, they told me one price when I dropped off, and a higher price when I picked up. I had been a faithful customer of Y Pay More Cleaners for many years and have never complained, or returned one item to them.

***AVOID*** THIS PLACEThis dry cleaner has terrible customer service staffs. They ruined my brand new suit and dress pant that were just bought sent to dry clean. My garments were wrinkled, pressed wrong way with line impressions all over, iron markers, shine spots, discolored fabric, and damaged the fabric entirely. The owner (Tim) was very unprofessional, said to me “what you pay is what get” on my garments with wrinkles and damaged fabric. They don’t respect their customers less on their garments. The owner is very rude and treats their employees unprofessionally.The owner claimed, he is the member of DLI member (DryCleaning & Launday Institute, www.dlionline.org). DLI verified that he is NOT a member (you can verify yourself online or call institute customer service), it is fraud to claim something that he doesn’t OWN it.

The place is violating OSHA because there were times that wet floor inside the customer area, "unknown liquids" has been dumped in the back alley, the male manager was rude to his employee/s (we've asked two employees), the male manager treats you better if you give him a "tip" (try it for yourself) and if you try to observe the staffing (they come and go due to maltreatment from manager/or female manager). Overall, customer service is very poor and have lost/misplaced our dry cleaned suit (it happened one time only). Don't take our word but try it for yourself. Observe!

The owner do not care how garment is pressed. They do a poor job, but most important is the fact he doen not respect his non asian customers.
