I've been with this cleaner for quite a while and they intentionally add additional services to charge more $$ on multiple occasions. Finally fed up with it and switched.

We recently moved to Plano and are looking for a new dry cleaner. I did a little experiment. I took Payless cleaners and Dry Clean Express 19 pieces of clothing each. The items were both mens, and womens clothing and the number of each and type were identical.

My bill at Dry Clean Express was $40. My bill at Payless was $67. I would not recommend using Payless as their prices are not inline with their competitors. When I asked the Manager about the difference in price, he told me his quality was better. Even if it is, $27 better???? Save your money and go somewhere else.
