We used Pappy's Pet Lodge a few times for cat sitting. It's been a great experience every time. Leslie is the best cat sitter. She is very sweet and my cat absolutely loved her. Would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Very disappointed. Read lots of reviews and visited the location. Thought our Weimeraner would be well taken care of . As soon as we picked the dog up, they gave us a report card stating that our dog ate all her food, "potty" was normal, playful in the daycare, and was fabulous during her stay. The owner did say she had diarrhea that first day, but our dog is limping horribly when we picked her up. We were not notified about her limping or what occured to make her that way. We took her to the vet the next morning and she had lost 5 lbs over the 2.5 days.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! First time we dropped off our dogs, upon picking them up, there was an employee cursing out one of the dogs she was taking care and being overly aggressive with it. So after reporting that to the manager, supposedly she was fired and were so sorry we had to see that. So we tried them again and suddenly our rate per night went up after we were promised they would honor our previous price plus the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. When we asked about it, they said they might be able to fix it for next time. I had to talk to the regional manager who gave us credit for the some of the difference. However when we went the third time to get the dogs and our cat this time, they "forgot to apply the credit" and had we had to argue with them to get them to apply it plus suddenly the rates were different again! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO GO AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO SPARE FOR THE RATE CHANGES!!!!!

i just dropped my golden retriever off this morning. he has stayed here before and the process was very smooth. the staff was extremely helpful and always happy and optimistic. they always ask for medical records, which makes me feel better as well. last thing i want is my dog to catch something while im gone. i like being able to watch over the webcam, getting the assurance he is getting some attention and play time with other dogs. this location is my preference as it is the closest to home, but unfortunately it does not have a yard for them to go out and enjoy. i walked in again this morning to drop off, and had 3 staff members immediately greet us (mainly him) and got his tail wagging. if this round goes as smooth as the first, i will continue to bring him back.

I am very impressed with Pappy's Pet Lodge. It is very clean and they have great boarding options. It seems like all the people who work there love pets so I know they are well taken care of when I am away. susan threadgill

I love Pappys pet lodge . Everyone is so friendly and it is so clean. They have lots of lodging options and they all seem to love pets so you know your doggies are in good hands when you leave them there.

Something that I like to tell all potential new clients is that I, obviously, love Pappy's and want you to choose us to care for your furry family member(s), but we are not for everyone. Some will disagree with our stringent vaccination requirements (Rabies and Distemper vaccinations up-to-date with the vet and Bordetella every 6 months). Those requirements have worked well for us and have kept the pets in our care safe. Some people think that our prices are too high but our competitive rates are what allow us to maintain quality team members that give your pet the love and affection you would. I strongly urge every discerning pet owner to talk to and/or tour as many facilities as possible so you know what is out there and what your options are. I enjoy ensuring that we get to know each pet as an individual and doing whatever possible to make their time with us as enjoyable as possible. We welcome customer comments.

I just recently boarded my pets with Pappys Pet Lodge and could not be happier. I typically use their daycare and grooming services but had to go out of town for the holidays. The staff knows my pets every time I walk in the door and treat me as if I truly matter. Ive always had luck with their groomers and love that they have webcam access that I can log on to watch my pets play while in daycare. I even got a report card when I picked them up to let me know how they did while they were there. The staff at Pappys is truly thoughtful and I wouldnt trust my pets with anyone else.
