Mobile Home Parks, Inc. and Liberty Mobilehome Sales, Inc. are family owned companies which celebrate their 60th anniversary of incorporation in 2017. When our founder, Marty Guzauskas, came out of the service after World War II, he found that affordable housing was not readily available. This led him to an interest in mobile homes and the development of Liberty Mobilehome Sales, a business which sells mobile homes, and Mobile Home Parks, Inc. which manage seven parks in CT and MA. In 1994, Marcia L. Stemm became President of Mobile Home Parks, Inc. after the retirement of Lucille Guzauskas. Marcia was elected and has served as both treasurer and president of the Connecticut Manufactured Housing Assoc. and the Massachusetts Manufactured Housing Assoc. She was appointed to the CT Mobile Manufactured Home Advisory Council in 1997 and still serves on this council.
