They did our oil-to-gas conversion almost 3 years ago, and our heating bills were almost cut in half since then. They replaced my old oil burner with an efficient gas burner, and re-zoned the system to separate the bedrooms from the main part of the house -- so we don't have to heat the bedrooms during the day, or the non-sleeping areas at night. Plus, the new system works directly with programmable thermostats, so running heat only when and where it is needed is automatic. All that added up, and with gas, we pay for fuel after we use it, not months in advance while it sits in the tank. These are nice people to work with, and very fair on pricing. We also have used them to replace the main drain pipe when it sprung a leak last year, and that went very well. There were some administrative rough spots at the beginning 3 years ago, but since then, a better office set-up and an efficient administrative manager have boosted customer service quality. The operation now is a pleasure to deal with.
