First off, My husband locked his truck keys in his truck. He of course calls his wife and I tell him to call our insurance company. They referred us to Blue streak. My husband calls me back at work a hour later to let me know he was notified that it will be 180 minutes before someone will be on their way. I call Blue Streak as my husbands phone is dying. The gentlemen on the phone wasn't the kindest and after talking about the situation I asked if I should contact another tow truck. He told me in a not so nice tone that I could and good luck but the insurance I have only is accepted through only a few tow companies. I took my chance at that moment because with his attitude I was not going to give my business to him. I told him to cancel and Ill find someone else. He chuckled and I called another local and reputable company and they were so sweet and was able to help my husband in 20 minutes. It seriously was nigh and day. We would have waited but the customer service was so bad. Again my husband was the one that made the mistake and he knew he would have to wait but to be treated like that is not ok. Thank you G&O for being there for our family and helping us out.

Good Sam RV Roadside Assistance called them when our 35' RV was disabled in a rest area. 24 hours later, with at least 6 phone calls from us and from Good Sam and we were still sitting in the rest area. Their excuse was always that they were on another call. Thanks. We're on vacation. 5 Star Towing responded less than five minutes after they were called and gave us exceptional service!
