First of all, it is the friendliest, most inclusive place in Phoenix. Students are more of a family than just people paying a fee to earn a belt. Second, belts are earned, not given, gifted, or bought. This is a black belt school with high standards, but the support offered each step of the way make it attainable for students who will work for it. Third, you will learn so much more than just kicks, punches, and techniques. You will learn life-changing skills that are applicable every day and in every aspect of your life. Fourth, although it is primarily a Taekwondo school, techniques in Kravmaga, Brazilian jujitsu and other martial disciplines are taught. Kickboxing is awesome. Free boot camps and bully-proofing seminars for kids and their parents are offered. Finally, I appreciate the diversity of age, ability, and skills taught. I love it that an entire family can earn black belts together. USAMA is a truly special place with some of the best people I have ever met.

I have been coming here for the last 4 years for kickboxing and I LOVE IT! Not only is it great training, all the members are friendly and the coaches are dedicated to your fitness and fun! It is a great stress reliever and I'm stronger then I have ever been! "Yes I can" is our mantra! Come check us out!

Great class, and I say that as someone who generally can't stand working out in a group, or in classes at the gym. Positives: Every class is different, so it never gets boring. The coaches are incredibly friendly and helpful. They provide options to where you can get a great workout, regardless of your fitness level. And it's fun!

A friend and I found a Groupon for Ilovekickboxing and we decided to give it a try. I have a hard time engaging with exercise and fitness classes but I have to say this class is awesome! The coaches are great! There's a great positive vibe and good energy. I am a member now and I couldn't be happier.

I have been a student here for many years. The instructors and staff are simply wonderful. They are great in terms of understanding your goals and helping you achieve them. They have classes on most weeknights at convenient time. They have great programs for children and adults. They also have locations in north Scottsdale and Mesa/Gilbert.I have learned many self-defense skills from multiple styles from around the world.
