Revoked Bond for defendant to place Bond in their name, but I did not get my refund. It's now been just shy of two months and still nothing. Originally told 2 wks, then 3, then 90 days! SHOCKING service. Will report to BBB

JM - This place is a total scam! They add fees and charges left and right, and take advantage of the parents of the individuals needing bail! I am going to report them to every agency possible, including the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. Avoid them at all costs!!!

Stay away from this company!!! We bailed out our son-in-law June, 2013 and the bond was exonerated by the court May, 2014. They have ignored repeated requests to return collateral and to show proof of any actual incurred expenses in connection with this bail transaction. They are dishonest, unethical and misrepresent themselves and their business. They claim to be the “most respected bail bond company in Arizona” and that they are “Better Business Bureau accredited” but a simple internet search reveals they are NOT BBB accredited, in fact the BBB gives them an “F” rating due to numerous complaints and reviews from customers all about the company refusing to return money and/or collateral that they owe, and are lawfully obligated, to return to their customers. Bail bond companies and agents are regulated by the Arizona Department of Insurance and Arizona State laws and according to a search of the ADOI website, they have been sanctioned recently resulting in a judgment against the owner of AAA PMSAZ Bail Bonds, LLC. Reviews can be found on their facebook pages and websites (there are several different websites for this company), Yelp, the Better Business Bureau and the sanction info can be found on the Az Dept of Insurance website.
