I hired Richard Rodriguez to administer a pool service for me in Phoenix. Having started my own company from home, serving mortgage lenders withe repair, maintenance and construction services, I do lots of work in various states. Richard was one of my contractors. He was assigned the task of cleaning a pool in the area, and now weeks later I still have not received photos to show the work was done.
