I can't say enough about this company. After struggling with our AC for over a week, which meant we dealt with a major company, a shade tree repairman and another smaller local company, on the recommendation of a coworker, I called Don's. Vicky was genuinely concerned about our problem and very simplification to the fact that we have been taken advantage of by the other companies. She said would send Gary out ASAP. Gary was at our house in less than a 30 minutes and had our unit working in under an hour. The best part was that they charged us just for the work and time they spent, unbelievablely reasonable. I should have called them first. This is a family owned company with a Midwest work ethic. I consider them like my family. If you have any AC problems, call them first not last like I did.
