Called to get information on incentive travel programs. We are planning on offering travel packages for different performance levels for our sales reps but was rudely spoken to and hung up on by the owner. She seemed to think that I was "peddling" something as she put it. Then called back to further explain, to the owner, and was met with the same response. Notably NOT a good service experience. We have since found another travel agancy who is happy to plan our trips for us.
