An agent of Philadelphia Writ Services fraudulently filed an affidavit of service against me. Unfortunately for them, the house has been abandoned for months and documentation exists to prove it. I intend to file suit.

I have been calling your office at the phone number ending in 6400 which is the only number that I could find on-line (no web site found) for days and there is no answer, nor voice mail system.
