Provided by YP.comI had planned on going to this spa as my husband gave me two gift certificates for our anniversary to treat myself--one directly from their salon and the second from iCityCert. I was going to go in, but their online shop seemed to have cute stuff and as it was a bit of a drive I decided to buy from their online store. We called to redeem and first, they gave me problems because they insisted the certificate was expired. After I pointed out that yes, the promo value was expired on one card (iCityCert) the paid value was still valid (says it right on the card) they told me I could use it. Then they backpedaled and left a voicemail saying "our lawyer said we don't have to take the gift certificate." When I called back they said I could use the cards to purchase items off their website. After placing the order we got yet another phone call saying nope, we couldn't use the cards, they don't allow use of gift cards for items on their site. Major hassle, conflicting stories, and an absolutely horrible experience altogether. Any business that refuses to allow customers to use gift cards (even those bought from them) is a rip off.
