      UPS has been a great disappointment!! I had a package that was picked up on 1/7/15 from Baltimore Md to be delivered to Pensacola Fl. It was supposed to arrive in Pensacola on 1/9/15. It has been over two weeks and UPS can't find the package. An investigation has been initiated and I have to wait longer for a resolution. This situation is unacceptable.
