Norma's has the BEST chicken salad hands down! I'm from Panama City, but try to stop at Norma's each time I'm in Pensacola. The place is always packed, and a lot of the time is understaffed (which is the only downfall). They have a buffet, which I haven't tried, but my co-workers all get it and love it, especially the bread pudding!
