You see, my daughter has special needs and Renee made her feel like a princess. Renee and the young woman in her employ were attentive and of good Godly character. Renee is a giving Christian woman who gives back to the community through her "Cinderella Program" where she donates a gown to a deserving high school student. My daughter definitely felt like "Cinderella" in her new gown that she will be wearing to Homecoming and Prom. God Bless you Renee, you were an answer to our prayers!

I had gotten a wedding dress and was not too happy with it something was missing and when I posted online in the Reruns for Weddings on facebook Ms Renee commented on my post and expressed how she wanted to help me. I picked up my preserved gown this week, and didn't expect it to be so

emotional leaving Renee's for the very last time. Your boutique

is an absolute treasure. Every single interaction with you was classy,

helpful, fun, and beautiful. Truly, my dress was the first I tried on,

and your staff was helpful and patient while I convinced myself (over

2 more visits!) that it was perfect!

Every time I came back for fittings or called with a question your

staff was kind and, although I know you have hundreds of brides,

seemed genuinely excited about my gown and upcoming wedding. My mother

and I have agreed many times that out of all the wonderful pieces of

the wedding planning process, Renee's was the most wonderful.

Came out of Davids bridal very pleased; Bride was happy, feeling good and excited to try on more dresses. Our next stop ended up at Renees to see what they had.



WOW... i will never ever take my daughters to this place when it is their time to become a bride. Went there with another family member who had made an appointment. I will keep this simple because it burns me up how unprofessional this place was.



We get there and the place is not very elegant but very dark and gloomy with dark purple walls and squeaky floors.

We are then told we are not allowed to take pictures. (these are not red carpet dresses so i am not sure why its such a secret)

We are not allowed to look at any of the selection of dresses

The girl (gotta be in her 20s) attempts to put the bride in the first dress and it is 4 sizes to small and still has the bride come out and stand on the tiny painted wood box of a platform under the florescent lights with her busting out of the top of the dress and holding up the bottom with the middle of the dress being scrunched up. Couldn't even tell it was a dress...looked like a towl with wedding dress material. If the bride didn't feel self conscious before; i am sure she was feeling it then.

I am confused that if they knew they had a bride coming in that made this appointment weeks in advance, then how do they not have any dresses for her in her size.

4 dresses (either to big or two small) the girl ends up putting the bride in another dress that is dirt all over the front.

They also offer no undergarments, not slips nothing of any kind that you would normally wear with a bridal dress.

At that point we decide we are going to leave and instead of being nasty we just said "we will think about it and get back with you"; well that's when the girl decided to tell us that we are way behind schedule and if we want a wedding dress it needs to be ordered immediately! The other places we went said nothing like this. They all said we had at least 3 months.



Ended up going back to Davids bridal in hopes to leave this experience on a good note. Got back to Davids bridal, found a dress and the bride was smiling again!

The owner of this store is a very rude and unprofessional women. She was extremely rude to my sister and told her that she wasn't going to help her if she wasn't engaged and proceeded to help her friend instead. Obviously the lady doesn't care about the soon to be brides that come there to buy a dress!

I could not have asked for a better overall experience than what I received from Renee's Bridal & Special Occasions! My consultant was absolutely wonderful!! She listened to all my likes and dislikes and helped pull the prom dress of my dreams, while staying within budget. Their formal (and bridal) selection was far better than any other formal wear store I have every been to previously. The first time I purchased from Renee, I was actually in with my mom to get a dress for a ball she was attending. After laying eyes on the beautiful dresses they had on display, I had to try some on. Their selection is unbelievable!! Tons of beautiful and unique dresses that I knew I would shine bright at prom. After that first visit, I have purchased ever formal dress from Renee and plan on buying my wedding dress in the future. I would 100% recommend Renee's bridal and special occasions for anyone wanting a show-stopping dress while in a friendly, enjoyable atmosphere.

Renee was with me through the whole process, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I never thought I would have a dress moment, but the minute I came in she told me that there was a dress that would look stunning on me. And boy, was she right! I had my dress moment! I had my dress altered there as well, and their staff was outstanding... fixing every little detail to perfection. I love my dress, and I cannot wait to walk down the aisle! My daughter bought her wedding dress at Renee's, and I decided to make the veil. I live in another state, and brought the veil to see how it looked with the dress. The color of the veil did not match the dress, and Renee was very helpful telling me just how to fix the color of the veil. She has always been kind to my daughter, and I appreciated very much her telling me how to fix the veil. This in spite of that meant she would not be able to sell the veil. I'd recommend her store to anyone

AMAZING!!!!! OMG I had been to 10 other bridal boutiques and none of them made me feel as beautiful as Renee’s. Sara and Renee helped me and their positive energy was incredible. Renee was so creative and Sara was fun! Their gown selection was varied which was nice. Renee’s goal seemed to be that she would do whatever it would take to make me happy and she succeeded! I bought my dress there yesterday. I’m so excited for my wedding for the first time through this entire planning process.

Hi Renee - I just wanted to tell you a bit about my evening in 'your' dress. I've been to a fair number of formal affairs but this particular event was THE event of the year as those things go. Every woman attending was dressed to the max and I can assure you money had been no object in their gown selection. Renee, this is no exaggeration - I have NEVER worn a gown that received so much attention - from both men and women! I was stopped - literally- all evening by perfect strangers (even on the sidewalk!) who wanted to look at, or compliment, my dress. And the comments weren't mild. I heard "stunning", "incredible", "perfect- absolutely perfect" all evening. In a room of 300 or more gowns there was not another one that even came close to mine in sheer elegance, drama, style and sophistication. The color was totally one of a kind and both the cut and the color were so 'me' I felt completely at ease. I cannot thank you and your staff enough for your wise guidance in this purchase. My gown was absolutely beautiful and absolutely suited to me. It is so rare to find that combination; you truly have a gift for creating magic! Thank you, thank you!

I really enjoyed my time at Renee's Bridal! They have an amazing selection of gowns, and the environment is so relaxing and top notch. The ladies who work there are so kind and knowledgeable. They never rushed me or pressured me to buy. They genuinely cared about me and my wedding, and made me feel as though they would do whatever it took to help me find the perfect dress. I felt as though I were working with a friend and not someone I had just met. Thank you so much for making my dress shopping experience so special! I can't wait to wear my dress!

I DO NOT recommend going to Renee's Bridal. Renee was extremely unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. The first time I went into the store with two of my bridesmaid she asked me "if they like the dress why can't they pay for it today?". The dresses were close to $250 a piece and my bridesmaids were a week away from being ready to order them. When I told her that she just dismissed us and went about her business without even so much as a "glad you stopped in", etc. She is the only store in town that does not offer a discount for purchasing all the dresses from her. She does not ship anywhere! Four of my seven bridesmaids live around the United States and she refused to ship them. One of my bridesmaids ask her if there was any way she could ship it to her and Renee replied that she was just going to hand the dress to my mother and tell my mother "to just send it to her". Not "Do you think you can send this", etc. no Renee said "I will just hand her the dress and if she just denies it and refuses to take it then I will ship it". Well if Renee can ship it then why would she put her client, my mother, out of her way??? Every time I asked if she could do anything like the shipping Renee would respond with "I don't do that service any more because I have been burned too many time"...sorry lady but that is part of this business. It is not the clients fault Renee runs an unorganized, unprofessional business. I ordered my bridesmaid dresses in January and Renee told me they would be ready for pickup beginning of April. When April arrived I called her three times one week. One of her young consultants finally called me back and talked down to me like I was an idiot saying that Renee swears she told me May. Overall, DO NOT waste your time or money here. This place is a joke. I only used this store because my mom and two of my bridesmaids live in Pensacola so I figured it would be the easiest....well I was wrong. I am extremely disappointed in the service. There are multiple bridal places in Fairhope, AL, and in Destin, FL that offer 20% discounts, etc that carried my bridesmaids dresses and offer free shipping, holding, and cleaning. Renee is rude, classless, and UNPROFESSIONAL!!

When choosing where to begin looking for my dream gown, I chose a location that was central for myself, my mother, and my soon to be sister in law. Pensacola was the chosen city. Since I know very little about Pensacola, I turned to google, which led me to Renee at Renee’s Bridal. From the very moment that I stepped into the salon, I was treated like a princess. The staff was simply amazing, catering to my every wish. I found my dream gown in 2 short hours, the 3rd one I tried on. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with this fabulous salon. I only wish that I could do it all over again just to work with them one more time! It is so refreshing to find a place that truly listens, cares and helps their customers. I have two young daughters who participate in pageants and I will continue to make the drive to Renee’s Bridal thanks to my experience :)

When I went looking for my wedding dress this past November, I had no idea where to start. I ended up choosing 3 stores in Pensacola to find "the dress" and ultimately found Renee’s Bridal to be my favorite. Not only did Renee’s Bridal have a dress I loved, but their staff was efficient and so friendly. As many reviews here have said, their dresses are pricey (1000-1500) but they are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I also tried on dresses at two other bridal stores in Pensacola.....both of these places had beautiful dresses but while the staff there was nice, I found them to be a kind of pushy and a bit too eager to make a sale. Renee’ went above and beyond to accommodate me and put me at ease. She also worked within my budget and tried to get me the best dress for what I was willing to pay I loved working with the Renee’ the owner of the store. It felt great to know she has a very active role in her store. . They made my wedding dress shopping experience everything I thought it would be and more. I definitely recommend Renee’ and her cute boutique!

I could not have had a better experience finding my perfect wedding dress! All of the staff at Renee’s Bridal were beyond fabulous! Renee was amazing! Renee was so knowledgeable about all of the dresses and fits! I was very overwhelmed when I first started dress shopping because I had no idea what I was looking for, but they were so helpful and I quickly found the style I did not know I was looking for. I was impressed with their relationships with all of the dress designers. There was a dress I was thinking about modifying, which made me a little nervous. Renee was able to speak with the dress designer while I was in the store and confirm that the modification was a possibility. Needless to say, I found my dream dress and the modifications were gorgeous! Renee made sure the dress fit me like a glove and the hem and bustle were perfect! I recommend Renee’s Bridal to everyone I know who is dress shopping. They made shopping for my wedding dress a dream experience!

Thank you Renee’, I have never met you but my friend went into your store to look at wedding gowns. She was on a very limited budget. You were most kind and gracious to her. After she found the dress she loved you must have know she still was over her head and would not be able to afford the dress. I could not believe my ears as my friend was telling me the story with tears running down her face of how you then gave her a big hug and said that you felt in your heart that you should give her this wedding gown. I have never heard of such kindness to a stranger much less a customer.. At first I thought the wedding gown must be ugly or damaged goods., But No!!!!!! You gave a beautiful over the top wedding gown to my friend and I could not believe my eyes or my ears. It touched my heart as well as it did hers. You will never know what this means to my friend.
