I made it very clear that i wanted no more than a trim, just 1/2 of the overall lenght. Throughout my hair cut i reminded the women cutting my hair several times. I also have layers that needed trimed so i told her to trim those as much as she liked but ONLY a half inch off the total lenght!!!!! Well, after she stoped hacking i went to grab my hair wich is normally to my waistline....well it wasnt there...the longest layer is now at my bra strap!!!!! Thats about 4 to 5 inches not 1/2 inch!!!! it was all uneven with one peice about an inch and a half longer than the rest! After noticing the uneveness of it, i went back to speak to the manager who was friendly and fixed the uneveness but at the same time still tried to convince me that "it just looked shorter because of the layers" lol. No the longest layer went fron my waist to my bra line! and the lady who cut my hair even came at me with attitude while the manager was trying to fix it! Guess the manager dosnt have much authority.

Do NOT waste your time or money. Took my 2 girls there today. Told the guy that my girl was growing out her bangs (they were almost 2 her chin) She just wanted the back trimmed. Well when I looked over he gave her short blunt bangs (not even cut straight) I about freaked. It looked REALLY bad. Then my second girl wanted her hair 2 her shoulders, now her hair is about 2 inch's above her shoulders. I think Fantastic Sam's hires only flunkies!!!!! We will NEVER go 2 another Floptastic Sam's again!!!!

OMG this was the worst haircut I have ever received. I went there wanting some blond highlights put in with foil she insisted on using a cap. Then I wanted it short in the back and long on the sides like a bob and she cut it all even like a cleopatra haircut. My hair turned out all orange reddish she could not fix it, so I had to go then a by a box of hair dye to color it back to my natural color. On today which is Sunday I have to cancel my plans and find a shop to fix this jacked up hair cut I got, now I have to go extremly short. So very unhappy would never even take my dogs there if it was free.
