This place is great! Steeped in tradition & knowledge, and it's a joy to enter the door. It's not a big shop size-wise, but that doesn't matter because he's got everything you could ever want when it comes to fishing & then some; even some really hard to find items & classics. Seriously, don't hesitate to pay them a visit; you won't be sorry!

This place is the best Tackle shop ever. It is probably because of Richie. He really goes out of his way to make the customer happy. He definitely loves fishing. The live bait here is the best I have ever used. I have tried other minnows from other bait shops and they die easy. One time I bought some shiners from Richie and I caught 7 perch in the first hour of fishing them on the reservoir. I believe because they were so lively. I have tried other shops and it ended in frustration. Also, he has great stories. I always leave there being glad I was there. Richie is really an expert and honest. Even if you have to go out of your way to go there, it will be well worth the trip.
