Workmanship appeared neat, however, when a heat transfer unit they installed failed and was leaking, after 5 messages to an answering machine with no return call we finally were able to talk to a live person who promised to have someone look at it in the next two days. Stayed home waiting and no-one ever showed up. Again repeated calls only got an answering machine and no action. It has been 10 days since our first call, unit still leaking, and no-one has even looked at it. Would never use them again.
