      General Info
      The Public Works Department of Pascagoula consists of both public works and public utilities. Pascagoula public works department has several divisions that include a beautification division, property maintenance, street division, natural gas and sanitary sewer and water division. Its property maintenance division provides the upkeep for all city buildings as well as maintenance to city vehicles and equipment. Its beautification division is responsible for maintaining city property, ditch cleaning and the Scranton Nature Center. The solid waste division is responsible for removal and disposal of all solid waste on city and publicly owned property. The street division maintains streets within the city limits of Pascagoula. The street crews support the public utilities, public works, and recreation departments. These partnering efforts include correction and replacement of driveways, culverts, and sidewalks.
