i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended I dropped off two bedskirts and a bedspread on Saturday. The owner told me that they do all the dry cleaning on-site. They do not send it anywhere else. I was told my items would be ready the following Thursday. I paid in advance----$49! When I went to pick them up on Thursday, the bedspread had faded. Red had turned all the white parts pink. This bedspread had never been washed and the white parts were definitely white when I dropped off the bedspread. The reason I brought it to be dry cleaned was to PREVENT the colors running. I told the people at the front about this and they argued with me and said the white parts were already pink. The "owner" was not there, but they called her and she said the tag was pink so she knows it has already been washed. It has not. She was lying...stonewalling. One of the bedskirts was ready, but they did not even put a plastic bag over it. The other bedskirt had not even been cleaned, and the desk clerks said all the cleaning personnel had already gone home. This place apparently has the wrong equipment, incompetent personnel, and a dishonest boss/manager. They apologized over and over for the fading and for the bedskirt not being done, but they did not offer compensation. They said I had signed a "release". They did give me $12 back for the bedskirt that was not cleaned. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a service provider, and they should not be in business.

I use them for all my dry cleaning needs, and they are always very nice, attentive and on time with my order. They also have a convenient drivethru, where they help get your order in the car! Always a great experience!!!!

Horrible place. I'm not sure they even wash the clothes. Shirt came back with stains. When I asked for a rewash they scrubbed stain so hard they put a hole in the shirt. Will never go there again.

WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!! I needed my pants hemmed went on a Thursday. Was told it would be ready within 3-4 days. Was given a ticket for total cost of 16 for hemming and under 5 for dry cleaning. Went to pick up my pants and was told that they were not ready. I mentioned to them that I was told 3-4 days and today would be the 5th day. She counted on her hands and looked dumbfounded cause she was not sure what to do. She said well they will be ready tomorrow. Me: Little help to me when I was told one thing and need them for work. She just stared at me and then reluctantly looked for my pants. She found them and told me the hemming cost 24 instead of the promised 16 and that the dry cleaning should have cost less than 4 but total was 34. I asked her if I was told one cost when I dropped it off have proof from my ticket why is it going to cost me more. She told me that she did not know there was lining in the pants. I told her that was a lie because when she measured me she commented on the lining of my pants cause I was concerned her measurements were to short. She just stared at the ticket looked around and said it is 24. I could not believe it! Also, pants same kind different colors would think that they would be the same length to cut, at least I would. one pair of pants is longer than the other even though measured same amount to hem. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVEN IF THEY GAVE ME FREE DRY CLEANING FOR A YEAR!!!!!! Horrible service and hemming!

Poor service, failed to actually do the alterations I paid for on several occasions, then added someone else's clothes to mine. I returned them and they call me 2 weeks later saying I have another 13 items that they show to have given me. Then threatened to call the police! Manager is insane! Poor management, poor problem resolution, poor service. Don't use these people!!!
