Very good doctors with a nice staff. They spend time to explain things better than most doctors do. I have been coming here for years.

I have been seeing the doctors here for many years and am lucky to have them in my life. I am not pain free but pain isn't a debilitating thing in my life anymore. I have all of my previous activities back and feel very fortunate.

Very professional and nice doctors. I have been coming here for years! A lot of the reviews are from people that never came! What a shame! Fake reviews from people wanting something they shouldn't have! Naughty naughty!

I went here believing that because they were listed in my insurance page I could expect a basic decant level of treatment. Instead I got prescribed something that cost 6x the medicine I was after and have always taken. My pain is not all the time so I only need one or two prescriptions per year. What they gave me instead was a pain patch (butrans) that is far more addictive and expensive, that has to be worn all the time to work!

I don't care that I am not paying for it cause I have insurance- we all are! I was getting a six month supply (90 pills last me six months) of my generic norco for less than 49.99 CASH PRICE at Walgreens. On top of that, they treated me like a drug addict from the first visit.

I gave them three chances and gave up on the third try when I met a third doctor that proceeded to tell me the doctors I met the first and second month were no longer there. They lose a doctor a month?

To top it off they had the nerve to suggest a spinal pain block for intermittent knee pain. That would be like me telling you to reformat your computer because a video stopped playing on youtube. No, you just update Flash Player! This is why health care is broke; so many gate keepers, and they keep wanting a little more $$$ every year. I am cool with a price increase, but not 500% !@#!

I asked to be transferred to advocate PM because of proximity to my house and employment. I specifically asked if the doctor could and would follow my current treatment and essentially take over my care. Dr. Sheth did a review of my file and cleared me as a patient " agreed to take over my care". Upon arrival I went through the normal procedure "urine sample, weight , pain questionnaire" then I was introduced to the Dr. Sheth. Immediately he informed me that he wouldn't take over medication management. I'm so compliant with my medication that its to the extreme, which he did acknowledge. I asked for my money back since he reviewed my record prior to coming in, He refused to refund the visit. I could tell by the way he acted that he had planned to defraud me and the insurance and had no intention to help me as a patient. Further more his attitude was that of a snake oil salesman, not a legitimate doctor.

Beware there is big issues going on at this clinic. Moreover Dr. Sheth according to the information I found on him is not very well liked by patients he has worked at a lot of pain management clinics all over the country " Alabama, Michigan and Texas" which further raises my suspicion about his character.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dorsett's for many years because of my back pain and my numbness in my leg. Dr. Dorsett is amazing... He has always been there and always been very helpful to me. I always get a lot of improvements after the visit. He is very professional and knowledgeable about my pain and helps explain things.

The staff and office people are also nice.

Also, Dr. Dorsett's assistant, Jennifer, is also very good. She communicates well and gets things done fast. She is good with getting paperwork together and provides attention to my medical needs.

You wont have any regrets with this office!

Was treated for back pain here and made a full recovery. The staff were all very welcoming and the doctors were more than helpful in easing my transition into therapy. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Back when I first visited doctors in my youth, they were required to wear professional laboratory coats. Call me old fashioned, but that is how I think a doctor should look. The doctors here don't wear these coats, which I find distasteful.

Aside from obvious disdain for their attire, they are very good doctors and have helped me immensely. I do recommend them, but please be prepared that they do not wear the laboratory coats that you might expect.

I've been coming to these doctors for a long time and i love this doctors office. The people here are very nice and friendly. I refer people to this office if they are in pain. Especially back pain.

OH, these doctors are GOOOD! Helped me with my back pain that I have been having all my life. Well, not all my life, but as long as I can remember! I had to an procedure on my back, but it wasn't so bad. I was really scared though and didn't want to do it, but it really helped my back. I still have some pain, but it is sooooooo much better than before.

I don't usually 'review' businesses as I don't think it is tasteful. However, the physicians at this establishment are very skilled at their profession. Adequate time was allotted and sufficient explanations were given for the treatment I was offered. My back pain was ameliorated and I was made advantaged over how I was previously. For this, I would like to express my gratitude.

I loved Dr. dent was a patient of his for over 10 yrs. he managed my pain by prescriptions. I received numerous injections and nerve blocks cortirazations over the years and he always found were the pain was and they were always helpful without these my hips had so much pressure in them that I thought they would shatter without them. I would not let any other Dr. See me or do injections. Then I go into my appt a little over a year ago and find out Dr. Dent has moved to Boston. Stopped going the other Drs. Were a joke. Miss you Dr. Dent!!!! The stars I gave are for when Dr. Dent was still there. The other Drs. I would give no stars.

Referral process date was August 4, I didn’t hear from them so I called August 10. The girl told me they received the referral August 6 (just never bothered to call). Then she told me that I wouldn’t be seeing the doctor I requested because he was on vacation, also that I would be going to a different location.

I asked when my appointment would be and was told they would let me know in three or four days (after the doctor did an evaluation). Evaluation without seeing the patient?!

The girl was crass during the whole conversation.

As of September 9, I still haven’t heard from them and I think that’s a very good thing!

I’m sure there’s intelligent life out there somewhere.

Advocate Pain Management and in particular Dr. Dorset are a stain on the medical community. I was referred there for degenerative arthritis and was given a psychological test which twice ask me if I was sexually abused. After an 1 1/2 wait, literally 4 patients, I was taken back and given a urine test, then sent back to the waiting room. Finally I went back and was escorted into a office where I was treated like a heroin addict and my other doctors credentials were questioned by this very pompous, ignorant man. He discussed everything but my pain and told me I would have to see his psychologist and take blood test on top of the urine tests, and that he still may not be able to help me with my chronic pain. People stay away from this place, I wouldn't let them treat my dog! I wish I could give them no stars. I got defrauded my copay and lost 2 hours of my life that I can never get back!

I liked it when I first started going here, but then about a month ago, Dr. Dorsett prescribed a medicine that I can't take and won't change it, so I'm currently looking for another pain management clinic to go to where they might be more compassionate. Dr. Dorsett was trying to push me into having that Spinal Cord Implant and I don't want it because I don't want something that might block the pain, I want the problem fixed and he's not willing to help me out in getting that done. I would not refer another person to this clinic due to Doctors not listening to me. I'm not addicted to drugs for pain, I use them because I need them to alleviate the pain and when someone prescribes something that I can't take, then they are no use to me at all! I'm allergic to codeine so my pain meds are very limited, but I would hope that a doctor should know whether a pain medicine has codeine in it or not!!!
