Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association is one of the leading county retirement systems in the United States. Based in Pasadena, Calif., the association defines retirement-plan benefits for the employees of Los Angeles County and outside districts. It also promotes, enhances and administrates financially sound retirement and health care benefits program through prudent investment and conservation of plan assets. The group has been providing retirement, disability and death benefits to eligible County employees, retirees and their beneficiaries since 1938.
