Great Work, Professional, gets you in and out in a timely manner. Works you in if you are injured. Friendly staff, I would highly recommend him, doesn't try to schedule you more than you need or sell you products that he gets profit from. Just fixes what hurts!

Dr. Akers is by far the best chiropractor in town. He truly takes his time to sit down and explain to you what the problem is. He tells you exactly how it will feel and exactly what he will do. He fixes the problem at once and doesn't stall in order to keep you coming back endless times.

Highly recommended this clinic. Not only is the staff kind and professional and his appointments timely, the treatment outstanding. There are a lot of great chiropractors in WV, but Dr. Akers is truly gifted. Even if you have received chiropractic work before without benefit, Dr. Akers is definitely worth a try. His knowledge of acupuncture and years of experience as well as his sheer talent will be evident from the first visit.

Dr Akers is the best. He is caring and talks to you like you're a longtime friend. He has a great sense of humor and does an awesome job. He fixes you up and get you back on your feet again. I have been to other chiropractors and now that I have been to him, will not go anywhere else. Definitely the one to make your doctor.

I've gone to Dr.Akers for years. Having been to several other Chiropractors in the area, I can say that he is the most caring, professional, and personable that I've been to. He treats his patients like friends, not just another body. His staff is very friendly, and all make you feel at home. I'd recommend him any time!

I went to Dr. Akers once when my regular Chiropracter was unavailable. That's all it took. He took his time, listened and asked questions and solved the problem. I wasn't just a number. It wasn't until that time that I realized that my previous doctor had not been helping me. I am thankful for the service he provides and a very reasonable price. And like the other reviews mentioned. He doesn't have you return multiple times. He only encourages you to return if you do not improve. I wish all doctor's were as kind as he is.

I have went to Dr. Robert Akers for years now. My first experience was needing a chiropractor really badly on a Saturday morning and he worked me in. I have been going ever since whenever needed. He beleives in fixing the problem rather than milking the patient for multiple visits. He is very friendly and caring. I'd recommend Dr. Akers to enyone.

Dr. Akers is one of the best Chiropractors I have ever been to. He is kind, caring, funny and has a lovely family. He doesn't keep you coming back needlessly. I was going to another Chiropractor at least once every 2 weeks, but was still in almost constant pain for the past 3 or 4 years. After only a few visits Dr. Akers knew I needed something more than just an adjustment on my neck. He took xrays, reviewed them and ordered an MRI. He reviewed the MRI then referred me to a neurosurgeon who explained what was wrong and performed fusion surgery on 2 levels of my neck. I no longer have the pain in my neck, down my shoulders and haven't had a headache since! I didn't realize how bad the pain was until it was gone. I am so glad Dr. Akers found the problem and was able to refer me for treatment. I still go to Dr. Akers for regular adjustments to keep everything else in alignment. Several members of my family also go to Dr. Akers. Just a great guy!
