Amazing! All staff extremely knowledgeable and a grade above the rest. Inclusive works with individual needs. Priority one is your pet...Humans second. Literally communicates with your pet as a doctor would with you. Gets on there level. Super fair pricing. Been around awhile, but keeps up to date on studies and new treatments. Dr. Hayden needs Sainted or lifetime Disney passes or wining lotto, but then he would probably spend it on an animal sanctuary or something. He's unbelievably patient. Facility always clean and sanitized. Have been a patient maybe 7 years, and have taken special care with 3 dogs and a cat. Did live closer now an hour 1+ drive, totally worth it and continue to go even with new pets. Would recommend them 100%.

I just moved to panama city and my dog's ear was red and was bleeding from him scratching it. I called the Agape Animal Center and they got us in to be seen same day! All of the staff were kind and welcoming. We saw Dr. Hayden. He did a thorough examination which included an ear swab test to see what exactly was in his ear (yeast, bacteria. Etc). He was also very gentle with my dog's painful ear. We left with medication that immediately gave my dog relief. The visit was completed relatively quickly, which I appreciated since I had my toddler with me. I highly recommend Agape Animal Center.

I am a most happy pet owner to have found this Veterinary Center, had a slight emergency and needed to get my cat in as she had been bitten by "something" - they were able to get me an appt the same morning I called, granted I had to wait a bit longer than the appt time, but the service I received was well worth the wait. Very informative, knowledgeable, clean and did not overcharge and willing to spend time to answer any and all questions I had. The only reason I did not give at 5 star on overall rating was due to the wait and I feel badly doing that as everything else made me so happy and content with the care that was given.

My little Min-Pin Oliver was attacked by a bull dog. I tried to call my regular vet, Parkway Animal Hospital at 7:30 at night. They wanted me to go all the way to Dothan, Alabama for an emergency visit. I called every vet in town. Dr. Hayden was the ONLY doctor that agreed to see Oliver. Thank God for people like Dr. and Mrs. Hayden. I have now found my new vet. If your animal has an emergency you must be able to contact your vet.

We adopted a puppy for the Bay county animal control and was given a voucher to have her rabies shots done and Agape was on that list. I have used Parkway before in the past and wanted to get away from them just over some of the negative things I have heard. Well this vet is by far the worse of the worse. I agreed to pay the visit fee so that the vet could do a physical on her since she was a recuse and I wanted to make sure she was healthy. He didn't listen to her heart, or lungs like a usual routine visit. He stared at her for minutes and said she was fine, too young for the shot I brought her in for which when I called I told them how old she was, so they knew. He did give her boosters before they were due, and now she is very sick. To the tune of several hundred dollars spent at another vet to try to save her. Bill at agape for him to do nothing was close to $100 bucks. Save your money and time and pets life and don't go there.

My puppy injured her leg after hours. My regular vet had another on call. He was going to come in and give her a pain shot. No other treatment. I called every vet in Bay County. Dr. Hayden was the only vet willing to see her because she wasn't his client. Turns out her leg was broken. They have all been excellent!

We had to take our beloved la...

We had to take our beloved lab to Agape for vomitting and weight. loss. It was our first visit (recommended by a family member) The staff and Dr. Collier were great. The office was very clean and smelled great. He had to have surgury for what we belived at the time was a blockage do to him swallowing a foriegn object. Dr Collier called us from the sugurgy room to let us know out baby boy had a growth and fungus that had spread throught his body. In the in we were unable to save him, but the stafff and Dr.s have been amazing. Dr Collier has gone above and beyond the call of duty in doing additional test to try and give us answers to what caused his illiness. They have even continued to call us and check on us three weeks later. I will continue to use Agape and Dr. Collier with our other animals in the future.

I went to Agape for a neuter c...

I went to Agape for a neuter consoltation for my 5 month old puppy. It was nice on the inside (as I was hoping) and smelled like dog shampoo. There was one day before me, and she was only there to get her dogs nails trimmed. My appt was at 9:00, by 9:40 I was finally in a room. The nurse was very friendly and talkative. When the actual Dr. came in he had blood on his hands and all in his fingernails.... FRESH BLOOD... you could smell it. Totally DISGUSTING. He petted my puppy and I tried to be nice and picked my puppy off the table. The consoltation was $25.00... I left there spending $70.00. Not very happy about that. The Dr. needed to check my puupys ears, my puppy wouldnt stand still so he used a long q-tip. I didn't know he was going to charge me $20.00 for him to stick a q-tip in my puppys ears (or I would have told him not to) then they told me my puppy had ear mites. I gladly paid the $20.00 for the medicine. Then as I was told to wait back in the waiting room, the nice nurse came out and gave me a puppy packet, she told me I could leave and the nurse at the front desk would give me a small bag of dog food for my pup. I paid the $70.00 and asked the nurse at the desk about the puppy food and she said that was the packet... made no sense to me but I didnt feel like arguing over something free. All in all, I dont think I will go back for the neuter. Can't believe the Dr. came in the room I was in and touched my dog will fresh blood on his hands and in his fingernails. Unprofessional at the least.

I took my dog to Agape on Frid...

I took my dog to Agape on Friday because she was vomitting non stop. The doctor came in and didn't give me any kind of answers to why she was vomitting. She said she had pancreatitis and that they would need to hospitalize her. I was unable to afford the 160 for that one visit which included lab work and a general exam plus the quoted 360 for the overnight stay, so I wanted to talk to the vet to see if there was anyway she could come home and be treated. The vet couldn't even show me the respect to come and talk to me about a solution. I was really at tears at the time. The lady up front was nice about it and they prescribed her some pills. Some antibiotics, anti-nausea, and some other pills and 3 cans of W/D food. The bill for those pills and that one visit was $248.00. She got home and continued to vomit throughout the night and wasn't able to keep down the pills. I called the vet at Agape and got an emergency service nurse. She said she would have my dog's vet call me back. Her vet never called me back. Some vet in the Lynn Haven called back and said it would be a $150 fee JUST for her to be seen and that it wouldn't even be by her vet from Agape. She said I could bring her to some emergency service care in Pensacola. She didn't even mention bringing my dog to the Parkway animal hospital that is on Tyndall Parkway close to Agape. Luckily I remembered it being there and called them and they were happy to help my dog. Agape wouldn't even fax over my dogs blood work until Monday which could have helped my dog sooner. But they were quick to cash my check!!! I don't understand if no one was even at Agape over the weekend how were they suppose to hospitalize my dog and to make sure she was been taking care of? When they finally faxed over the paper work Monday, come to find out my dog does not have Pancreatitis like she said she had a blockage and had to have surgery. Long story short, my dog is being treated by people who are more concerned about helping my dog then about cashing my check. Parkway animal hospital may not look as clean and fancy as Agape but they are more concerned about their animals. When I call to check on my dog at Parkway Animal Hospital, the vet personally called me back and let me know how she was doing. Now that's a vet that cares! Done with Agape. They can keep all the fancy smancy!
