Called Budget Appliance for my leaking fridge. The technician called when in route, which I always prefer. The unit had a clogged drainline. The technician explained the issue to me and was able to complete the repair in one visit. I definitely was impressed with the service and will be calling them again in the future.

Getting them to service our old dishwasher was great they would be here right away. But when our old dishwasher went bad we bought a new one from them. We purchased a dishwasher from Budget Appliance. The dishwasher does not dry. I called and they sent a technician and he worked on the brand new dishwasher they just sold us stating the person that installed the dishwasher did not put the insulation in properly. It was upside down, being on the floor. He corrected that. He had the front door apart looking at the main board to see if there was a problem on it. He left being unsure if what he had done corrected the situation. I called again because it still was not drying. The technician came and said everything was fine because there was no water in the bottom. Even though he noticed the water dripping all over the machine. We told them we wanted our money back and they refused. We are stuck with a machine that does not work.

had a problem with my front load washer and called Budget and they were here in a flash and got us up n running within the hour i recommend them highly!!!!

My washing machine decided to break last week and I called Budget Appliance Services from a friend. The technician know exactly what the problem was when we were on the phone and he was over within an hour with the right part and fixed it on the spot for what seemed like a fair price. Dan is great! He didn't have any previous experience with Fagor products but was quickly able to diagnose and fix my oven. The fan has been making a noise for over a year and he found and resolved the problem in under an hour. He called me 30 minutes before the appointment and was at my house waiting when I arrived home. I'll be calling them again with any appliance issues.

A very punctual and efficient service. Budget Appliance Services were up-front about the washing machine problem to be repaired and dealt with the problem very quickly and knowledgeably.

Do not use this business!!!!!! I paid them to deliver a refrigerator and take my old one and when it arrived, they refused to take the old refrigerator or place the new because it was up 1 step onto a back porch (delivery man can't go up one step!). I called and asked for the manager and the salesperson said that she doesn't give out names.
