I own some rental properties and I have been ripped off before by AC/Heating companies in LA. I'm really glad I found Joe and his company as his prices are very reasonable and most importantly he is very honest. I have no plans to use anyone else besides Patterson Air.

Patterson heat and air has done an excellent job for us. They were able to fix a problem we had with a wall mount furnace, and worked on it until the problem was solved.
They also installed a new central heat and air conditioning unit with all the ductwork in a very narrow roof. They have been professional, clean in appearance, and left the job site tidy.
