If anyone wants an honest and reputable company you are in the right spot. I was told that they would be at my location on the same day when I called and that it would be approximately two hours. Matt arrived a little over an hour and he went over how my swamp cooler operates with me. I had tried to do it myself in getting the cooler set up to begin running after the winterized period, but became over whelmed with conflicting stories from people on what was needed to get it set up and begin operation for the summer. I had thought I needed new pads but he was honest enough to let me know that I did not which saved me over $100.00. He explained things in a simple manner and I never felt funny in asking any questions that I had about my year old master cool swamp cooler. Anyone that is not familiar with their units be it female or male will feel comfortable with this company in being told the honest truth on what is needed or if you just have questions.
