I hired him to pour a concrete slab. I made the mistake of paying him up front. He was supposed to be out the next day to start but kept giving excuses and it ended up taking 4 weeks to get the job done. It wasnt done properly so now the concrete is cracking so I have to hire someone else to re-do the job as Tom will NOT answer my calls. DONT HIRE THIS MAN. ALSO, HE IS NOT A LICENSED CONTRACTOR!!!

Don't not give your money to this man. I paid for a month of service and after the second time I had to call him to get him to come and he came 3 days after he was suppose to and after that he didn't come so I called no answer then he calls me back and says he will be there next day, doesn't come and then I call him then he tells me he can't come till the end of the week
