Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable staff. When I inquire about shipping options, I am provided with all delivery times and rates from UPS, USPS and FedEx. Additionally, there is a small gift shop with a diverse array of items, as well as some offbeat greeting cards. Having used Pack Rat's services and products for the past 3+ years, I always leave 100% satisfied.

This place is a complete ripoff. They charged me $19.00 to ship a 1 lb package to NY via FedEx Ground. I had the item packaged up already in a box and taped. They did nothing but put a label on it and hand it to the FedEx delivery guy when he came. After getting home and feeling as if I was overcharged, I went to Fedex.com and checked what the cost would have been if I would have printed the label myself. I expected perhaps a few dollars cheaper as they are a business and need to make money, I was shocked to see the same package would have cost $8.00 if I would have printed the label myself. I called and spoke with someone who sounded like he was the owner, although he never said he was and he gave me the run around about how much more reliable they are compared to USPS and how gas prices fluctuate so that's why the price fluctuates. The price doesn't fluctuate $11.00 in 30 minutes. Nice try Pack Rat, but I'll never visit your store again. I would advise anyone looking to ship via FedEx to find an alternate option.

My job requires that I send out dated products back to the company often. I have found the people at Pack Rat to be extremely helpful with all my packing and shipping needs. The women always helps by informing me of the best most reasonable way to send products back to the company. They offer so many services it allows me to do everything I need to do business at one location.
