I am very happy with all the services provided by Kelly, the very pleasant and professional receptionist, and Audie, a hearing specialist with 30 or more years of experience. It shows.

Years ago I found that the overall service at this location, with a different staff, was in need of help. Just let me say that when I expressed my concerns to the corporate office, I was told that some "retraining", had to be done at the Palm Coast office.

I eventually got my services from Connect Hearing in St. Augustine. Very nice people.
Well, living in Palm Coast, I had stopped by the P.C. office for batteries,
Much to my surprise, a new staff were in place. I was glad to be able to return to the office most convenient for me.

Kelly handled the transfer of my records, made sure I had my batteries, answered all of my questions and is really the type of person who looks at the glass as half full. She also made sure she knew what my insurance would or would not do. She eventually saved me about $100.

I needed a new hearing aid. Audie was very professional as she helped me to choose the best hearing aid for me, not the most expensive, but the best for what would meet my needs. She completely explained the benefits of all I had to choose from. The next day, when I thought I was having a problem with the new hearing aids, Audie found out what the problem was. It wasn't the hearing aids at all. It was really quite funny. Maybe she'll share the story with you. I'm taking the fifth.
