why not open more checkout lanes rather than have customers wait for extended periods?

I had a flat tire when leaving the store. was quite impressed with the help that I got. (even wrote up a 'thank you' letter to corp about that...) only whine? I wish that the store was physically closer to Milton. Pace gets all the new stores.
