They had my dry cleaning for 2 days and had never even touched it. Went to pick it up and they said it must have gotten lost in the back. I asked them when they could have it done because i had a meeting that night and they said they could have it done tomorrow evening. Even with me being a loyal VIP customer, they showed no remorse. Poor management and poor customer service. I do not recommend.
Tried them shortly after they opened because they were across from my office & offered a grand opening special. Discovered that there really IS a difference in dry cleaners and I've never gone back to my old one! My clothes don't stink like chemicals, they remember my name when I come in, always have my order ready when they say it'll be ready and are incredibly honest - place any $ found in my husband's pockets in an envelop and attach to the bag!! I tell everyone about them.

I love this cleaners! They are fast and very friendly. I really like that they are family owed because they put more effort into cleaning my clothes. They replaced my husbands buttons on his shirt without me asking them to! I was really suprised they even noticed! I would 100% recommend this cleaners to my friends and family! They even have a free bag service that gives me discounts on my husbands shirts and drycleaning everytime I drop clothes off! They also have a drop box that allows be to drop clothes off anytime! Give them a try, you wont regret it!!
