I love this salon!! Very friendly and great environment. My stylist is A+ and I have been with her for several years and hate to recommend her because the busier she gets the harder it is for me to schedule with her., but that is me speaking selfishly! Lol Bethany's work is outstanding ! People stop me all the time and ask me who colors and cuts my hair! No other compliment is better than a referral. I highly recommend this salon and know that who ever you choose to style your hair you won't be disappointed!

I love this place! They are good about keeping up with trends and also how to keep it classy. The age dynamic here is very unique- they have stylists that have been there for 20+ years and some that have been there for just a few. The only reason I didn't give Encounters 5 stars is the location. I feel that the talent and classyness of the salon deserves to be surrounded by high end classy shops! Parking is also a struggle. Anyway- if you're looking for anything hair related, go to encounters! You will not be disappointed.

I received my first service here a few weeks ago. I'm very pleased to say the least! I was greeted at the desk and offered a beverage (I chose to have a chi late!) and took a seat. My stylist Kirsten was very welcoming and listened to everything I wanted with the haircut. The vibe in this salon is buzzing! Very very busy on a Wednesday. I already pre-booked my next hair appointment! Can't wait to visit again!
