These guys are shafty, especially that Buffalo named Character. I asked them to quote me for installing a lift kit, they said $400 and that it would be extra because usually the kits dont come with all the parts. Well the kits do. And these a!! clowns were trying to pull a fast one. I did the install myself and went to them for an aligment, when I saw the Buffalo dude and told him i did it myself he gave a smart remark "How'd that work out for ya"? Well. f!!!nut!. Then they charged me 200 for an alignment that was done wrong to which I have to return to have it done again. Not happy. This place is a joke. This team there is the worst.

Ladies, do not use this company. They told me that I absolutely needed shocks & struts (quoted at $1200), and 4 tires (quoted at $500) when I brought the car in for an estimate. Since the quote was pretty high, I got another opinion from a company who does shocks and struts. The 2nd company told me that I didn't need either shocks or struts and only required an alignment with new tires. In addition, the competing company would have done the shocks/stuts for $650. So they would have done it, if necessary for almost half the price. The guys at Pep Boys tried to take advantage of a woman who had no mechanical knowledge and went there to rely on their expertise. Don't go here and tell your friends!
