have had numerous problems with being a resident here. Rules are changed and NO allowances offered for tenured tenants. NO amenities upgrades yet rent has exceeded over 100.00 a month in the course of 7 years. Park allows/permits multi family tenants to live here, multiple animals that weren't formerly allowed, NO security, gates are left wide open for days allowing crime and theft to escalate. Appears fees and fines are their main interests, yet are always late in responding to issues in the park. Pumping with an out of date and insufficient chlorine system, poor water quality to smell, and many issues with septic tanks backing up. The lawn crew that is awarded the contract is never supervised, destroying personal property without having to repair or replace their damages. The contest between the management and HomeownersAssociation is a mockery. Other than taking the monthly lot fee, it would be effortless to try and earn it, instead due to the economy and the limited areas to live for these 55+ residents it seems as though they are hostage instead of enjoying the earned retirement. Most here are afraid to leave there homes, and would never complain or say anything due to possible recourse. There is a large amount of do-it-yourselfers here that have added home made structures to their homes that would never pass any inspections and cause threats to others because of this, yet are allowed to be finished without permits, I see the whole park losing the little bit of integrity it had and turning into a greedy type of ownership!
