Extremely horrible customer service here. The associates and managers are very rude and not helpful and they won't take back an item that their employee shoved and broke into a tiny bag even though it was their fault, I had the item and the receipt. I went there on thanksgiving night thinking since they were open they would have early Black Friday sales but they had NOTHING going on except a deceiving sign in the window for 40% off but if u look closer it's was on clearance items only. I told the manager if she didn't exchange my broken necklace they would be losing a good customer over a $6 necklace. She didn't care. She just shrugged her shoulders. Stay away from this place!!! I'm in the process of filing a formal complaint w the district manager.
