Definitely satisfied! Great company. Extremely friendly and professional. We were overpriced a bit but Brian was fast, friendly and to the point. A-1 Professional Appliance may as well add Frigidaire to their list too. I will be calling on their service again.
The tech called before he came and asked questions about the issue. He arrived on time and determined what part was burned out. He wrote up a reasonable estimate. He also had the part on his truck. He fixed the washer. the whole process took less than an hour. You guys are the best!

My clothes dryer needed repair. The repair was very expensive, as Brian needed to change a board that basically fried itself. Brian was very polite and professional and easy to talk with. He kept me informed of what was going on and estimated time frames. i was very happy with everything.
