This veterinary office is under NEW ownership. Dr. Mongan and Dr. Garner are amazing vets and I would not trust my animals to anyone else. We have been taking our animals to Dr. Mongan for about 20 years now. She is amazing with all of my pets!

I have been going to Dr. Goodrich since 1991. He is great with my animals! I drive 30 minutes to get in to see him, all while passing at least a dozen closer vets.

Terrible Vet!!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS VET! My dog nearly lost his leg. Took my 11 month old dog to this vet for a broken leg and he just threw a cast on it. The X-ray showed that the bones were not even aligned. He said that the body has a miraculous way of healing itself. That is how he explained the bones would heal, basically by themselves. Took my animal to another vet for a second opinion and they said the bones would never heal with the way this vet treated his leg. He had to have surgery to fix his leg. When they removed the cast they also found that the cast was not properly padded and an ulcer had started to appear from the poor casting. Had we waited six weeks to take him back to this vet to check it the ulcer probably would have abscessed to the bone and he would have lost his leg. Don't take your animal to this vet!!!

Cares about the animals

We've been taking our animlas to Dr Goodrich for 13 years. He is not only our vet, but we frequently board our dog and 3 cats there too. Dr Goodrich can be a little gruff with his people skills, but he more than makes up for that in the care he gives the animals. And afterall he is THEIR doctor, not ours (the people). I want my personal doctor to care about me, and I wouldn't expect anything less for my pets than a doctor who truly cares about them. Our animals are not anxious when left in the kennel because his staff takes such good care of them it's like a vacation for them too. I have and will continue to recommend Goodrich Vet Clinic to my friends and family.

Vet would not fax my proof of rabies vaccination

This office would not fax me proof of rabies vaccination without charging me since I had moved only because I asked them to fax it to a Texas number. I have not verified, but I would believe it should be a state law for them to provide me a copy upon request for the proof of vaccination since I need this for licensing in the state I have moved. The fax couldn't cost more than one or two dollars. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and the state veterinary department.
