You def do no want to do business with this pawn shop. They disrespect their customers, swear at them and even hang up on you. I worked with one employee and the owner who both told me how busy they were to take one picture of a gun that my wife was interested in purchasing. They told me they were too busy even though they were on the phone for two days and a total of 30 minutes between them both with me 😂. I told both of them multiple times that I had credit card in hand ready to pay and owner got on the phone very rude and snarky and snickering that I even had the money and ready to buy.

The sad thing about this is the owner is screwing over another customer because this gun is on consignment!! If anyone knows this customer/gun it is the Sig p225 on their website for $799. I would immediately contact customer and advise of what this piece of trash owner is doing to them. Cost them the sale. Proof attached. This is extremely unethical business practices this owner is encouraging by these behaviors.

Not one time did the side piece or the owner himself offer a single solution such as holding the gun until they could get me pics but I did ask and they refused, pay a deposit, or come to find out they never mentioned they had a 30 day return policy so I would have bought sight unseen had I known.

They spent so much time explaining how they were So busy they couldn’t take a simple picture and then were insulting, rude, cursed, and hung up phone. I didn’t want to deal with them so told my wife and she actually still want the gun so she ordered it online and then they apparently cancelled her order 😂 See screenshot of proof in comments.

Talk about Petty. You make one complaint about the owner’s employee which I do believe is his wife or side piece because never have I seen a business owner get this worked up about actually making a sale but he was so butthurt about the complaint he could not get past his own ego to even make a sale but truth is truth and she was very rude. Easy to see where she gets it from!!

You know what they you can’t fix stupid turning down business I guess they they must’ve taken a lot of money from the government for Covid bail outs because they are losing business left and right if you look at what other customers are saying there are many other complaints just like mine. These fools will never ever find a solution to help you if a problem arises believe that by this post and feel free to reach out to me as well.

Anytime the owner wishes to pick up the phone and correct this issue he easily can but he told me he doesn’t care about negative reviews or feedback from clients. I believe his exact words were
