We have been going to Delta Vision for years, and they have provided excellent service for my family. They have worked with me to make sure that my glasses or contacts were exactly right. I even received an unexpected check back when there was an error in the amount the insurance covered. Delta Vision didn't have to do that, as I would not have known that I overpaid. They did it because Delta Vision's staff has integrity. I would agree that you can find frames that are less expensive elsewhere, and Delta Vision is happy to provide you with your prescription so that you have the option to go elsewhere for your frames and/or contacts. Very surprised by the previous reviews.

INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST!



They tested my eyes and couldn't get my glasses right after 5 tries. Almost got me in car accidents with bad glasses. They did not do their job - and kept my $700. What a ripoff! The most UNPROFESSIONAL business in Okemos.

Go to Sears, this place is way over priced and they switch the frames you picked out without telling you,

Overall, I was pleased with my exam, the initial prescription and service that I received.I was extremely disappointed when 4 months down the road I realized that one of my new contact containers was complete dried up. When I called to ask for help from Deltavision, they told me that there was nothing they could do - since it was over the 90 day warranty. After several calls to Deltavision and the contact company directly, they still would not help me. I was out the cost of 1, 4-month contact. I felt like it was Deltavisions job to first, inform me to check the bottles immediately and second, that they should not sell me a faulty contacts.
