My car had a dead battery yesterday. AAA told me it would be about 40 minutes for a service truck to assist me. The tech arrived in less time and found my battery needed to actually be replaced. He did so immediately after making all the tests to make certain. Then removed the old dead one and replaced with a brand new one and I was on my way. Tom was an amazing service tech. He deserves a solid 10 Star rating. Thank you so much Tom!!!
