Overcharges on a regular basis. Performed a service that from my research they knew would not be paid for by insurance and was not Medicare approved. When questioned they refused to reduce the charge and threatened to ruin my credit if I did not pay in full. The charge was only $49.00 too small to fight to large not to hurt.

Very professional staff and Doctors. Dr Polack is best eye surgeon. He takes time to answer questions and concerns. He calls you after surgery to see how you are doing. His staff are great too. I was nervous with my first cataract surgery and appreciated the quietness in operating room - he does not chat with OR staff and I was put at ease right away. Highly recommend Dr Polack.
