I ordered a gyro and fries to go, I get back to work and the gyro meat is so dark and dehydrated like jerky and it was just meat and sauce which was curdled nothing else. I took it back and requested a refund and the manager got very rude saying that is the way it is supposed to look, he threw it in the trash and asked in a rude tone is there anything else I wanted. I said I want you not to be rude because I was dissatisfied with my food he said here is your money dont ever come back! I thinking he has no worries about that.

Closes at 6pm? Absurd. That is prime dinner time. Seems to be a problem in all of Oak Park. Guess they wont be getting my money.

Ordered gyros, fries, cheese sticks salad paid about 45 dollars for my meal, carry out, only to come home to be greatly disappointed the gyro meat was hard like it had been microwaved when I brought it to the attention of the manager he was very smug told me I ordered the wrong one told me I should have asked for it cooked medium he had all kinds of excuses to why it was okay for the quality to be as poor as it was.I brought them back to the store and reordered something else and asked for an extra side of sauce and he want to charge me for it! you would think that with the extra trouble I had to go through he would have wanted to make a customer happy but unfortunately that's not the case anymore at that grill. They raised the prices and the quality is poor I wish the old management still owned it because this would never have been acceptableI feel sorry for the young ladies that have to serve it and call it quality
