What a great place, the atmosphere, the professionalism. Robin the owner has many years experience and it really shows in the finished style. I have never been happier with all the services I have recieved.

Well I was in quiet a bind my scheduled waxing was canceled at the very last minute. Well after called all the beauty salons in the Oak Harbor area, I called The Gallery and whom ever answered the phone was eager to help me by making phone calls to see who they can get to come in early. That was impressive. Then I got a call promptly to advice that I could only get a leg wax Wow that was nice. When I got there I got there ten min early (pretty good for me) my appt was at noon. I was not notified that the person was running late till sometime 12:15 or so. There was a area where they had a coffee machine and nothing was offered such as tea or coffee or water while I was waiting. The salon was cold and the back room that i was taken was not a room but more like a large dressing room and it was brrrr cold. I did tell her that I was pregnant and I just could not lay flat on my back. No pillow was offered and none was to be had either. There was no dayspa ambiance and I was disappointed to have to pay 50.00 for half a leg and to boot guess what I still have hair. There was not checking my legs or nothing and as a matter a fact while the wxing was taking place were interupted to advice that another client was waiting to be waxed. Well needless to say I did not tip and I will never go there again.

YOu could actually see a wavy line. It looked like I had my hair cut on a boat. When I went to complain they told me that when you look at your hair sometimes it looks uneven. I had hair that was about 2 inches longer in some places.

Very nice place to relax & be pampered. But casual too, you can bring your dog with you to your appt. Just across the street from new bakery & coffee shop. HUGE selection of hair & beauty products and accessories!
