I saw the young ladys segment on channel 2 news. I sure hope he has made good on the dress that was ruined. It was very obvious that he did something to the gown. I felt as though he didn't care and thats what has upset me the most. He has lost my business, just for the fact he acted like it wasnt his fault. Everybody makes mistakes. Own up to yours!!! Poor customer service!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS!!!!!!!! But if you want your stuff ruined then this is the place for you. I recently saw a national competition gown that was worth over $3,000 dollars. Yep I said ruined!! And all they said is oops!! But yet she was still charged a fee for oops. What type of company would not stand by there policy and pay for there mistake. IF U BREAK IT YOU PAY FOR IT!!! But in the end she was the one that had to pay the ultimate price.
