Talking to Priceline people was like I was talking to a wall. Priceline is the booking group. I booked the wrong location for the hotel. I just wanted my reservation switched to the same hotel group in the correct part of the state, on the same day. Nothing changed but the location. I kept being told by Priceline, the cancellation policy does not allow any changes. Priceline has already been paid. The hotel has already been paid. Even though the event is 3 weeks in the future, the cancellation policy is that it cannot be changed without a full charge. If I had gone to the Days Inn Website (or the Days Inn 800 number) I could make a reservation. Cancel it. Change it. And get no charge. Priceline people are a bunch of crooks. The Days Inn people were unable to do anything about the reservation, since it was booked by a third party. It makes no sense to ever use Priceline again. They are a bunch of thieves. Just call Days Inn directly. Avoid Priceline at all costs.
