He has represented a variety of interests in complex chapter 11 proceedings, including, representation of debtors, trustees, creditors and committees. Mr. Lane is a member of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.
