My computer was stuck in a loop when I turned it on. I called Canaan Technology and the person I spoke to offered to come to my home the same afternoon.The technician arrived within 5 minutes of our scheduled time, got right to work, and in about 45 minutes the problem was fixed. He offered to spend the remaining 15 minutes cleaning up some of the garbage on my desktop.Very happy and glad I called.

I called Canaan Technology after reading the reviews here. I think they are great. I bought a new computer and needed all the stuff from my old computer copied over. The tech that came out was on time and very knowledgable. He explained what he was doing and how long it would take. While the files were copying, he offered to set up the printer. I definitely will use them again and recommend them to my friends.

A very nice technician came to my office, got right to work, and then offered to explain everything he did before leaving (I understood about 10% of it). But everything worked great, and I couldn't be happier.

Excellent and fast service. I would definitely use Canaan Technology again. They showed up within 5 minutes of my schedule appointment, and when they were finished fixing my computer, they went above and beyond and secured my wireless and updated the firmware in my router.

They saved all my photos and music and then had Dell come out a few days later to install a new one. I then had Canaan Technology come back to put all my photos and music back.It was very easy to work with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

They quickly helped me solve a problem installing the software for my digital camera. They were able to do it by accessing my computer screen over the internet. The tech I worked with was polite and calm.I highly recommend Canaan Technology.
